ABOUT HER
Born in London and raised in Leeds, Ajiké Samia is an aspiring actor known for her instinctive ability to bring complex characters to life through emotional depth. Olaniun decided she wanted to pursue an acting career when she found herself reenacting The Snow Queen (2002) every time she watched, sparking her love for bringing creativity to life. With experience in both theatre and screen, she has developed an understanding of rhythm, atmosphere and visual detail that allows her to approach each role with precision and sensitivity. She is primarily drawn to psychological dramas, thrillers, and intricate characters and stories that explore femininity, power, fear, identity and emotional undercurrents of human existence in society.
She is currently on the verge of graduating from her 3-year acting for screen course at Met Film School, where she has immersed herself in performance training, collaborative filmmaking and creative exploration. She is focused on gaining more experience in the industry, as well as connecting with her love for musical theatre. Her adoration for music has also enriched her approach to character analysis, allowing her to achieve a profound level of emotional truth, relatability and empathy in her performance.

Upcoming Projects
Outside of acting, Adjiké also enjoys writing her own short films, hoping to direct them. She is currently making her very own first short psychological drama about a broken bond between a mother and daughter.
She aims to create more intellectually rigorous pieces that convey strong emotional depth in characters.
Olaniun has recently joined as a writer for Marlowey Media, helping the team bring a gripping story to life.
